Requests must be presented IN WRITING.  

All refund requests are subject to BOARD APPROVAL.

Refund requests submitted prior to September 1, 2026 will receive a full refund less the Skate Canada Insurance Fee.

Refund requests submitted before October 28, 2026 will receive 50% of the registration fee less the Skate Canada Insurance Fee.

Refund requests after October 28, 2026 will not receive a refund unless accompanied by a Doctor’s Note and will be pro-rated to the date of the skater’s withdrawal from the program.
